1. What Aventa provides

Aventa provides event discovery, listings and tools for entries, payment administration and organiser communications. The named organiser supplies the event and is responsible for its description, eligibility requirements, safety, delivery, changes and refund policy. These platform terms are separate from the organiser’s event terms, which you should read before entering.

2. Accounts and information

Keep your account details accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. Only submit information you are authorised to provide. Tell the organiser if an event-specific answer needs correction: changing your reusable profile does not necessarily change an existing entry snapshot. Contact support if you suspect unauthorised account access.

3. Listings and external booking sites

Some listings come from public sources and link to another booking service. Check the organiser’s current dates, prices, availability and terms before purchasing. A directory listing is not evidence that an organiser actively uses Aventa’s management tools. Claims of an existing listing require verification before control is transferred.

4. Entries and payments

An unpaid draft is not a confirmed place. Paid entries are confirmed after payment is verified; complimentary entries follow the organiser’s confirmation process. The total due, including any participant-paid Aventa fee, is shown before payment.

For managed entries, Stripe processes the payment for the organiser’s connected account. Aventa supplies the software and receives its identified platform fee. External entry websites operate their own checkout and confirmation process.

5. Changes, cancellation and refunds

Contact the named organiser about event changes, cancellations, withdrawals, transfers and refunds. The applicable event policy and your statutory rights determine what is due. Aventa can assist with platform or payment-record problems but does not promise an automatic refund or transfer for every event.

An organiser’s costs or Aventa’s business fees must not silently reduce a refund the organiser has promised or is legally required to provide. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

6. Reviews, testimonials and acceptable use

Submit truthful accounts of your own experience, with permission for any names or media you provide. Do not post confidential participant information, unlawful material, impersonation or misleading claims. Participant event reviews and organiser platform testimonials are different types of content. Moderation may remove or decline content that breaches these requirements.

Do not attempt to access another person’s account, another organiser’s private data or interfere with the service. Access may be restricted to address abuse or security concerns, subject to applicable law.

7. Service responsibilities

Aventa is responsible for supplying its own services with the care required by applicable law. Availability can be affected by maintenance or third-party outages. The event organiser remains responsible for delivery of its event. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Contact and changes

Use the contact page for platform enquiries and the event organiser’s contact details for event delivery questions. Any changes to terms should identify their effective date and be communicated where they materially affect an existing service. This review draft does not retrospectively change a completed booking or replace previously accepted terms.
