Industry context, transparent measures and practical ways to assess progress.

A growing audience for activity

30.9 million adults in England met the activity guideline of at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity a week in Sport England’s November 2024–November 2025 survey (64.6%). This is a measure of physical activity, not paid event attendance or demand for Aventa.

Participation growth needs context

5% average participation growth was reported for races using RunSignup in both 2024 and 2025. Its full 2025 RaceTrends dataset covered over 97,000 race events and 12.2 million registrations. These are vendor platform data, predominantly reflecting the US endurance market; they are not a UK organiser census.

This comparison does not establish that software caused the growth or predict what Aventa will achieve. Our practical takeaway is to measure repeat participation and entry performance for the same event over time.

These counts come from the same public directory results as Discover events, including imported listings. They reflect the current result set, not every historical record. They do not count paying customers, active software users or events delivered by Aventa.

Measure the benefit for your event

  • Administration: record time spent on entry corrections and reporting before and after using the workspace.
  • Entry completion: compare verified completed entries against started checkouts over a defined period, excluding tests and imports.
  • Repeat participation: compare equivalent event editions and explain changes in capacity, pricing or promotion.
  • Communications: assess delivery and responses from eligible recipients, with consent and suppression respected.

Aventa does not yet publish verified time-saving, revenue-growth or active-customer figures. We will publish such outcomes only with a defined period, method and supporting evidence. We have not established a reliable count of all UK event organisers or the proportion using management software.
